For the past few months we've been working on a concept to enrich & develop our fellow Ninja's in the most fun way possible. Introducing... (drum roll)... The Master Dev concept!
In this day and age where reality television is considered "entertainment", we were inspired by numerous shows where contestants compete against each other to win prizes. What stood out most was the fact that, given certain scenarios, we humans automatically have a competitive instinct.
Master Dev is all about having fun and growing yourself into the ultimate contributor and rock solid investment for the company. Being good at what you do just won't cut it, you need to be the best.
Coming soon, this competition will be open and accessible to all EOH Microsoft Services employees and will consist of a number of challenges, each with a unique flavor.
Contestants will be competing in randomly selected groups judged by a panel of judges. It's simple, if your group wins, you get the points. What makes this unique, is the fact that there will be absolutely no elimination. This allows you to stand a chance of winning that awesome prize, till the very end.
And, of course, there is The Grand Finale where the top 3 contestants with the most points, walk away with cool swag.
We challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and surprise yourself. Who knows? You could be the next Master Dev.
